An early first issue of extremely high quality and exhibiting the characteristics of French manufacture, in detailed oriented hand filed silver with centre appliqu in Gold and red enamels, Tughra marked on the reverse, measuring 65 mm (w) x 80 mm (h inclusive of its gilt and red enamelled crescent moon and star suspension), original ribbon with period split ring, intact enamels, extremely fine.
